Description:

It is a frantic time as wildlife stocks up on nature's harvest. Enjoy this fantastic reserve, with a walk to our bird hides. See woodlands in autumn colour and catch glimpses of our first winter visitors from the Arctic, as well as resident red kites and red squirrels. And find out what species we are helping to protect on this reserve.

Children can take part in a Scavenger Hunt for a small prize too!

Make sure you wrap up to keep snug and dry. Bring stout footwear and binoculars if you have some. A 3 mile walk, muddy in places. Meet at reserve car park.
